This wonderful playing 54 year old gem is just awesome! 100 original 1954 blonde Esquire, serial number 8532, with a wonderful feeling neck, fret wire is still great, easy to play, great sounding, light weight (8 pounds). Worn in all the right places. Has some wear on the neck, chips, some checking, and an awesome natural shoulder rub. Overall in excellent condition, plays great, has a very comfortable, fast neck, and sounds awesome! The hard shell case is original. This one has a beautiful creamy butterscotch finish. If you had just one chance to own a 50's Esquire, this is the one! A great opportunity to own a piece of fender history at a great price.
