This Steinway was designed for spacious homes, smaller recital halls, auditoriums, and broadcasting, recording, or professional studios. Comes with special Steinway artist bench. This Piano was purchased in 1996 and owned by one owner.  A professional concert pianist from Europe. It was purchased brand New in 1996.   If you had to go buy this Piano today it would cost $70,700. Moved to a smaller house and very sad to say the piano just does not fit properly.   This concert Pianist from Europe spent the summer of 1996 searching for the perfect sounding Steinway Concert Grand.  Traveled all over Florida to find the right sounding Steinway.  Was told by Registered Steinway Piano Technician recently it is the best sounding in South Florida.  Only was used in the professional's home.  The seller is confident any buyer as professional as she is would appreciate the quality of the sound.  It was the best Concert Grand Steinway that were for sale in Florida in 1996.  It was recently tuned & serviced in April, 2008.  This Piano's serial number is #534967. There is a very light scratch on the Piano Key cover.  There is a very small minor nick on one of the legs that can easily be touched up.  I would say physically inspecting this piano its in excellent condition and could just use a buff and polish after it reaches its new destination. This Piano is for pickup only !!
