I am a Piano Technician and I have evaluated this Instrument for you. It was built in the era of the finest Steinways ever built.  It is in excellent conditon.  New  keytops, new pin block, new hammers and dampers, new pins and strings, action is great, sound board is in excellent condition, the harp and sound board have been refinished, and the tone is excellent witht the normal Steinway deep bass and clear, lovely treble tones, and the finish is a gorgeous newly refinished dark Brownish Red MAHOGANY, the most popular finish that matches most all furniture.  Please see my 100% positive feedback for your confidence in my statements.  This Piano is a fabulous piano with a beautiful mahogany satin finish, superb tone, warm elegant sound, for the discriminating buyer who wants the best at a fraction of its replacement value.  This is a fabulous piano that  makes any area in your home a place of elegance, beauty, and class.  The replacement value is over $60,000.
